Many in a W.Va. county are poor and sick, and they voted for Trump. What will happen to them without Obamacare?
McDowell County has high rates of chronic diseases and the shortest life expectancy in the nation. It’s also a place that voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump, who promised to repeal the Affordable Care Act that helped many residents get health coverage
